What you actually get
No asterisks, no "up to" games that fall apart when the contract arrives. Here is the package.
Competitive weekly pay
Every posting shows estimated weekly gross with the taxable and stipend split. Your final package is confirmed in writing before you accept.
Day-one health insurance
Medical, dental and vision effective your first day on assignment — not after 30 days.
Housing or a stipend
Take the tax-free stipend and find your own place, or let us book it. We handle pet-friendly.
Travel reimbursement
Mileage or airfare to your assignment, reimbursed per contract.
Licensing & certification help
We cover or reimburse state licensure and required certifications, and our compliance team chases the paperwork so you do not have to.
401(k)
Retirement savings available to travelers, because a contract career should still build toward something.
Referral bonuses
Refer a clinician you would work beside and get paid when they complete an assignment.
One recruiter, always
The same person from first call through your last shift. Plus a payroll team that answers.
Joint Commission certified
We hold the Gold Seal of Approval for health care staffing services — facilities trust it and it opens doors for you.
How travel pay actually works
A travel package is not one number. It is a taxable hourly rate plus non-taxable stipends for housing and meals, and the mix matters — for your take-home, for your mortgage application, and for the IRS.
The taxable hourly rate
This is your wage. It is what shows on your W-2, what your overtime is calculated from, and what a lender looks at. We do not artificially crush this number to inflate the headline weekly figure.
Housing and meal stipends
These are non-taxable reimbursements, and you only qualify if you are genuinely maintaining a tax home elsewhere and duplicating expenses. That is why our application asks for your permanent address rather than where you want to work — it determines your eligibility, and getting it wrong creates a real tax problem later.
Guaranteed hours
Where the facility guarantees hours, it is in your contract, and you are paid for them even if the unit calls off. Where a job carries no guarantee, we tell you before you sign rather than after.
What we will never do: quote you a weekly number, let you make plans around it, and then discover the hours or the stipend were different. If a package changes, you hear it from your recruiter first.
