2. We do the rest

   We reach out, find out what they want, and place them. No chasing on your part.

3. You get your bonus

   Paid out once they complete their assignment. Ask your recruiter for the current amount.

There is no cap on how many people you can refer. Terms are confirmed by your recruiter before the referral is logged, so there are no surprises.
